Q
|
Why does an object only have a single cutting line even when I
use a thick pen?
|
A
|
When your export the sign to PostCut the file contains information
about the shape of the object as a single line, as well as a line
thickness. PostCut will ignore the line thickness information because
the knife blade is always the same width. To cut a double line make
sure there are two lines in the sign to start with. In CorelDraw! the
contour function can help out. To be sure of your cutting lines always
use the wireframe view before exporting.

Yes, PostCut will drive the PC-60 (as a cutter only) over
distances longer than 54". Simply select another Roland plotter
of the correct width e.g. the PNC-1100.
